The parties agree that:

• Foster animal(s) remain the sole property of Wanderers' Rest Humane Association.

• I agree to foster animal(s) described above for a period not to exceed _____ days.

• I understand that I have no authority to keep or place foster animals in other homes or with other individuals and that all animals in my care must be returned to the shelter when requested unless otherwise approved by the Executive Director.

• I agree to provide the animal(s) with good and loving care; including food, water, shelter, and medications when necessary.

• I agree that I shall contact WRHA immediately regarding any illness or other medical problem that occurs. WRHA will not be responsible for any veterinary bills without prior approval by the Executive Director.

• I agree to keep all foster animals away from other animals at my residence for at least 10 days in order to ensure the health and safety of both the foster animals and my own animals.

• I agree to return to WRHA the body of any animal that dies while in my care.

• I agree to return to WRHA any foster animal(s) that I can no longer adequately care for.

• I agree to return to WRHA any foster animal(s) found to be not compatible with my household.

• I agree to return to WRHA any equipment and supplies (pens, crates, litter pans, etc) loaned to me in support of the foster animal(s) in my care.

• I understand and agree that if any of the above conditions are not met by me, or at the request of the Executive Director, I will return the foster animal(s) to WRHA.

• I understand that WRHA is not liable for any personal or property damage caused by the foster animal(s) while in foster care.
